The building in the original CityView at Longwood guide is now J VUE at the LMA. Its owner explicitly identifies the former name and the same 75 Saint Alphonsus Street address. This is one rental building with a new identity, not a second apartment community.

Studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts are offered. Renovated apartments feature stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, two-tone cabinetry and plank flooring. The original guide describes some balconies and onsite laundry; confirm the exact outdoor space and laundry arrangement rather than assuming every home has a balcony or an in-unit machine.
