Description
The Greenview condos on East Street are a superb collection of 16 affordable two-bedroom condos. A recently sold unit measures at 1,128 square feet, which is what one can expect from the other units in the complex.
The kitchen is an open concept design, which makes the space much more social. There is plenty of space for meal prepping on the granite counters, and the laminate floors make cleaning up messes easy. The bathroom features tile floors and stone counters, which serve to add a nice aesthetic. The centerpiece of the living room in most units is the stone fireplace. Relaxing by a roaring fire makes the winter months more tolerable.
All units have a one-car garage that also contains a storage room with a washer and dryer. This should alleviate concerns of those downsizing from a full home. Most units have sliding doors off of the living room that go out to a private balcony or deck. These spaces offer gorgeous views of the nearby Royal Crest country club.
Some of the upper units feature a finished attic space that can be used a number of ways. It can be a home office, a kid's playroom, or a quiet book nook. The average homeowner's association fee of this complex is $265. This covers , snow removal, insurance, exterior maintenance, and road maintenance.
The condos at Greenview are an affordable option that should be considered by anyone in the market for a condo.
