About Franklin Field Family Housing

The public listing identifies Franklin Field Family Housing as a rental property at 91 Ames Street, Dorchester, MA 02124. Multiple family-home sizes and programs; confirm exact home and application route.

BHA currently lists Franklin Field Federal Family and Franklin Field State Family separately from Franklin Field State Elderly at the same Ames Street management address. This single guide covers the family community once, not two duplicate building pages, and does not describe elderly-only homes as general rentals. The state and federal portions can have different application portals.

Location and eligibility

Franklin Field is a multi-building area. Ask which family program and building a proposed apartment belongs to, then verify its entrance, layout, access and travel route. The management address is not every home address.

Ask Amo Realty / Boston City Properties about the particular family home and whether its program is state or federal. BHA controls the program-specific application, eligibility decision and waiting list. This brokerage inquiry is not an application, reservation or waitlist registration.

Ask about a particular home

Tell our Amo Realty / Boston City Properties rental team your move-in timing, bedroom needs and budget. We can discuss the published community details and help you check the next step for a particular home.

We cannot confirm current vacancy, rent, lease terms, eligibility or inclusion of a feature from this guide. This brokerage inquiry is not an application, reservation or waitlist registration.
