College Village Condominiums gives you the chance to own a home in a secluded, grassy community with limited availability. With 36 units, floor plans range in bedroom and bathroom layouts. The price-point to purchase is generally between $125,000 and $150,000.
A Homeowner's Association fee is required monthly from all owners. This fee covers a master insurance covering common areas, landscaping, snow and trash removal, sewer and exterior maintenance. Two assigned parking spaces are provided in a common area. All two-story units have a newer roof. A walk-out basement is included for storage or finishing purposes. A large kitchen with dining area mostly contains a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Take advantage of energy efficient windows, central air and front and back entrances. All units come with ample closet space, a fireplace, washer and dryer hook-ups and ceiling fans. Enjoy wall to wall carpeting in select rooms. A porch and patio overlooking the wooded and green surroundings is included.
