Description
Bishops Forest is one of Waltham's premium condo associations. A recently sold unit features two bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms, which is the layout found in most units. This particular unit features 1,824 square feet of living space, which is around the average size for Bishops Forest.
These units are perfect for those looking for open and versatile space. The spacious living room has more than enough room for a large furniture set, with room left over for an entertainment system. The kitchen contains a range, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. It also has space for a small four person dining table.
The first floor also houses one of the versatile spaces. It is set up to be a home office, but it can be used for a variety of purposes. It can also serve as a playroom or an extra den.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with another versatile extra space that can be used for extra storage. The master bedroom has a master bathroom, and both bedrooms have ample closet space. All units have central air-conditioning and provide hook-ups for a washer and dryer.
On the exterior, some units feature a private deck and a detached garage. The garage can also double as extra storage space if utilized correctly. Amenities included in the homeowner's association fee include access to tennis courts and an in-ground pool.
