Description
Bay Pointe Village is a wonderful collect of townhouses located in Wareham. It offers its residents unique perks, like an optional membership to the Bay Pointe Village golf course. Even without these perks, the units themselves make it a great place to live.
A typical two-bedroom, two and one-half bathroom layout has about 1,600 square feet of total living space. This space is spread out over two stories, with the first floor featuring the bulk of the space. All units feature an open concept living and dining room that extends from the entrance to the back of the unit. The cathedral ceilings give the feeling of even more space. Select units feature a fireplace, which can save money on heating costs in Winter. It also adds a pleasant aesthetic during the holidays.
The master suite makes up the rest of the first floor. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet that can fit even the largest wardrobes. Off of the master bedroom is the master bathroom, and there is also personal access to the laundry room. Select units have a covered deck that can be accessed from the living room. The second floor contains the second bedroom, which offers a fair amount of closet and floor space.
Those who are in the market for a townhouse will be pleased by the low homeowner's association fees offered by Bay Pointe Village. Residents get units that offer the space of a full home while enjoying the convenience of living in a condo.
