Compare the finish package

The original guide describes in-home laundry, walk-in closets and private outdoor space. Ask for the specific apartment’s laundry arrangement and balcony or patio details, along with any accessibility requirements.
Pool, courtyards and parking
The community lists a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, resident lounge, landscaped courtyards and picnic areas. Parking is available, with the space type and cost to be confirmed separately.
Ask about pet restrictions and all lease charges. Income-restricted homes have a separate qualification process; the community’s current affordable-housing information should be checked for those applications.
