Arcadia at Rivers Edge is the rental community at 100 Rivers Edge Drive previously covered as The Residences at Rivers Edge. Studio through three-bedroom homes sit beside the Malden River and The Park at River’s Edge.
The variety of layouts is important here. Patios, balconies, fireplaces, walk-in closets and extra-high ceilings are selected-home features rather than a package found in every apartment.

Current kitchens feature stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, European-style cabinets and open layouts with islands. Full-size washers and dryers, air conditioning and oversized soaking tubs are listed.
Selected homes add pantries, linen closets and ceilings of 10–14 feet. Ask for the floor plan and actual view; a riverfront community address does not guarantee a river-facing apartment.
Shared amenities and parking
Residents have a pool and spa, fitness center, grilling area, clubhouse with a demonstration kitchen, game room and business center. Indoor bicycle storage and an underground parking garage are also advertised.
The clubhouse can be rented for private resident events. Confirm reservations, garage charges and pet policies separately; historical guest-suite and valet services are not presented as current guarantees.
