Compare the home.
Then the full cost.

Ask about rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and offered lease dates. Check the actual rooms, entrance, storage and laundry before comparing apartments.

A building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a specific home and move-in date.

Hampton Court means the Brookline property here

The original page named Hampton Court on Beacon Street. Our Brookline guide identifies 1223 Beacon Street; it is not the Hampton Court in Northampton. Ask about the offered apartment, heat, hot water, parking and written lease rather than treating the old description as an included-services quote.

Keep the apartment and building comparisons separate

The original list included Beacon Street addresses, Dexter Park, The Duchess Longwood, Hancock Village and Longwood Towers. A guide can describe the property, but available rental layouts and terms depend on the particular home. Ask about storage, stairs or elevator access and laundry.

Compare the building type and the actual Brookline address

Compare a smaller-building or brownstone apartment with a mid-rise community. If you are considering Longwood Avenue, Harvard Street, Boylston Street or another Brookline location, send the actual apartment entrance. Ask about laundry, parking, pet rules and any recurring charges for that home; a building type does not establish its condition, facilities or total cost.

Buying instead of renting? Talk with our buying team about the Brookline home you want to purchase. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

If proximity to Coolidge Corner, a campus or work matters, send the destination and travel times. Compare the actual entrance and current trip rather than choosing on a town-wide character or school-ranking claim.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered home. Earlier apartment examples and prices are not current offers.
