Apartment-style homes and townhouse communities

In Braintree, compare a condo in a shared building with a townhouse or another condo layout. If the location near the Fore River or town services matters to you, check the exact address. Decide whether your priority is a one-level plan, a garage, an outdoor area or a particular travel route.

Compare Braintree condos

The unit, the building
and the monthly cost.

Look at the building as well as the unit

Review the entrance, elevator or stairs, parking and shared facilities alongside the interior rooms. Ask what the association maintains and what the owner handles. A development’s amenities do not establish the condition, fee or available units in every building.

Braintree condo developments to ask about

Include the development name when you contact our team. Ask about the particular home’s ownership, community requirements and current sale or rental availability.

  • Devon Woods
  • Jonathan's Landing

What does the association fee cover?

Request the fee and included services for the particular home. Ask about the association’s budget, planned work and any special assessments, and establish which repairs belong to the unit owner. Compare the mortgage payment with taxes, insurance, association charges, utilities and maintenance—not the purchase price alone.

The CFPB’s homebuying budget guide explains how those costs fit into the full home payment.

Buying, renting or selling in Braintree?

For a purchase, send the listing or your requirements so our team can help you ask about the home, viewing arrangements and next steps. For a rental, specify your move-in date, lease length and budget; a home offered for sale is not automatically available to rent. If you hope to rent out a condo you buy, review community rules and the costs with your advisers before relying on rental income.

If you own a Braintree condo and want to sell, contact our team with the address, condition and timing. Review the property’s details and current comparable sales rather than using an old advertised price as its value.
