Braintree · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Braintree commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Specify the Braintree address and any required Route 3, Route 128, I-93 or MBTA Red Line journey. Check the full route to the premises, not just whether a road or station appears nearby.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Describe private rooms, reception, waiting areas, equipment, storage and production needs. Review the building’s actual use and systems. A market class label does not make every Class A office medical-ready or every Class B or C building industrial space.
Compare the purchase or rent with fit-out, repairs, service charges and timing. Existing warehouse conversion and extra-floor-area plans need their own review. A construction year does not show whether the roof, equipment or interior need work today.
Compare street-front premises, shopping-center units and a freestanding building against customer entry, signage, parking and deliveries. South Shore Plaza and 255 Grossman Drive appeared in the earlier guide; those references are not current vacancies or a guarantee of traffic, financing or tenant income.
Our earlier Braintree guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
