Tell us about your
Boston Waterfront studio apartment search.

Tell us your preferred area, rent budget, bathrooms and move-in date. Say whether you need open living and sleeping space or a separate bedroom. Include pets, parking, laundry and any stairs or elevator needs.

Send any apartment address or listing link and the work, hospital or campus entrance you need to reach. Tell us whether your dates or acceptable areas can change.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Then the full cost.

Ask about the offered home’s rooms, entrance, storage and laundry. Compare rent, utilities, recurring charges, move-in payments and the actual lease dates.

An area or building guide is not a vacancy list. Ask our rental team about a particular apartment and move-in date.

An open loft and a water view are separate questions

Ask where sleeping, cooking and workspace fit and whether any sleeping area is enclosed. If you have a listing at the Lofts at Atlantic Wharf or the Mariner, send the actual home address and floor plan. A property name or harbor-area label does not establish current studio availability or a view.

Check the downtown and Seaport locations separately

Use the home entrance to compare your route to South Station, your office, the Harborwalk or a Greenway destination. Check crossings and current transit for your schedule. Nearby parks, museums and ferry terminals are not facilities included in a lease.

Buying instead of renting?

Tell our buying team about the Boston Waterfront home or address you are considering, your price range and purchase timeline. The rental inquiry above is not a condo sales search or an offer of a particular home.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

Ask for the quote and included services for the particular studio. Floor-to-ceiling windows do not guarantee an unobstructed harbor outlook.

Ask for the written terms

Check lease dates, utilities, pet rules, parking and shared facilities for the offered apartment. Ask for any required recurring charges and move-in costs separately.

Need a furnished or temporary rental?

Share the exact dates and furniture you need. An appliance list does not establish that an apartment is furnished or offered for a shorter lease.
