Tell us about your
off-campus search.

Use your message to name Boston College, the actual campus or class address, your monthly budget, bedrooms and move-in date. If you are sharing, include how many people will live in the home.

Add laundry, parking, pet, furnishing or access needs. If you have an apartment address or building in mind, send it so the team can discuss that home rather than a campus-wide promise.

Start with the address.

Match the apartment to your campus

A home near the Chestnut Hill campus is not automatically convenient to BC Law on the Newton campus or to a Brookline campus building. Use the university’s campus map to identify your destination, then compare the complete journey from the apartment.

Chestnut Hill is not one municipal address

The original guide discussed Chestnut Hill across Boston, Brookline and Newton. Check the actual apartment municipality and entrance. If parking matters, ask whether the offered space is assigned, separately charged or unavailable; a nearby street does not establish parking rights.

Campus identity and location checked October 4, 2026: BC campuses and directions. These are campus references, not university endorsements of our brokerage or an apartment.

The apartment and your routine

Check the details
you will live with.

The original search included managed apartments, converted houses, townhomes and rented condos. Compare bedrooms, common living space, laundry and stairs for the offered home. If sharing, tell us how many people will occupy it and ask about the written lease requirements.

The full rental quote

Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.

Thinking about buying a condo?

Talk with our buying team about your purchase budget, timing and intended use. Ask about condominium rules, costs and any future rental restrictions. Buying does not guarantee investment returns or a tenant after graduation.
