Talk with our rental team

Tell us about your
Boston apartment search.

Include your rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Tell us about the kitchen, work space, laundry, pets and parking you need.

Name the neighborhoods or towns you would consider and the work or campus entrances you need to reach. Send an apartment address or listing link if you have one.

Your contact details

I agree to be contacted by Boston City Properties via call, email, and text for real estate services. To opt out, you can reply 'stop' at any time or reply 'help' for assistance. You can also click the unsubscribe link in the emails. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not an application or reservation. Ask our team which documents are needed before sending private financial records.

Compare the home.
Then the written costs.

Tell us what would make an apartment work for you. Compare the offered floor plan, address, facilities and lease costs; a building description is not a vacancy list.

Ask our rental team about a particular apartment and move-in date. Guides do not confirm availability or landlord approval.

Check the commitments.

Describe the space you will use

Share your bedroom and bathroom needs, furniture measurements and kitchen or work-space requirements. A listing’s room count does not tell you whether a bed, desk or dining table will fit. Ask about the offered floor plan and the actual rooms.

Compare buildings without assuming the extras

Tell us whether laundry, a fitness room, a pool, bicycle storage or parking matters to you. Ask which facilities are included, how they can be used and whether there are additional charges. An amenity named in a building guide does not establish that it comes with every apartment.

Include your pet before choosing a home

Share your pet’s type, size and number with our rental team. Ask about the offered apartment’s written pet rules and any disclosed charges. Do not assume that a pet-friendly label means every animal is permitted.

Discuss brokerage services and charges

Ask who will represent you, what services are included and what written charges you would pay before moving ahead. Compare the proposed brokerage terms with the landlord’s rent, utilities, recurring charges and move-in payments. This guide does not promise a no-fee apartment.

Check the address and the offered lease

Send an apartment address or listing link if you have one. Include the work, hospital or campus entrance you need to reach. Ask our team about the offered home, lease dates, showing arrangements and the documents needed before an application. A conversation with our team does not reserve an apartment.

The home and your routine

Make the comparison
before the move.

The same rent can buy different layouts, included services and travel routines. Compare the offered home and written charges rather than relying on a headline description.

Bring specific requirements

Share the space, locations and dates you can accept. Name any non-negotiable pet, parking, laundry or entrance needs.

Need a furnished or temporary home?

Give our team the exact dates and furniture you need. Furnishings and a shorter lease must be confirmed for the offered apartment.
