Condominiums near Boston Landing
In March 2020, Boston City Properties discussed Stadia 50 at 46 Hichborn Street in Brighton. Hichborn Partners had proposed the project in October 2017, and the article reported BPDA approval that December.
Despite its name, the proposed five-story building was described as having 46 condominiums, not 50. The plan included six studios, seven one-bedroom homes, seven one-bedroom-plus homes, 22 two-bedroom homes, three two-bedroom-plus homes and one three-bedroom home. Six homes were described as affordable.
Plans and presale timing
The account discussed a common rooftop deck, a pool, fitness space and parking, along with private roof decks for some homes. Those construction-era features did not establish the details of every finished residence or today’s amenities.
The headline and opening said presales had begun, while a later passage tied nearly completed exterior work on March 4 to presales beginning soon. The timing is therefore not presented as a proven launch date. The quoted unit prices were historical examples, not current offers, and proximity to Boston Landing did not guarantee sales speed or future value.
