A residential concept rather than a hotel stay
The earlier Boston City Properties account described Cronin Development’s St. Regis condominium project at 150 Seaport Boulevard. It presented the plan as a residential alternative to the hotel concept originally associated with the waterfront site, with St. Regis-branded services intended for condominium residents.
The report identified 114 residences in a 22-story building designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects. Its glass façade was described as curved, twisted and pleated, drawing on the image of a ship under sail. The source anticipated completion in August 2022; this account does not certify when the building opened or what is offered today.
Residential facilities and the public-facing restaurant
The plans described 12,000 square feet of fourth-floor amenity space, including a pool, health club, golf simulator, board room, library and wine storage. The earlier account also discussed an underground garage and valet service. Access, charges, parking rights and the facilities belonging to a particular residence require the actual property documents.
A two-story restaurant was the principal public-facing exception to the residents-only concept. The report described public dining alongside private dining and catering for residents, with a separate resident entrance. Those proposed arrangements are not a current restaurant schedule or service guarantee.
Unit design and the waterfront setting
The source discussed several residence sizes, outdoor balconies or terraces, large windows, oak flooring, marble kitchen finishes and branded appliances. These were features described across the project, not a claim that each unit shares the same floor plan, view or fittings.
The site was associated with the former Atlantic Beer Garden and Whiskey Priest restaurants. Plans included retail space and an extension of the Harborwalk around the property. Buyers considering a specific residence should bring its address and unit number, layout requirements, purchase budget and questions about shared responsibilities to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. Earlier presale prices and sales percentages are not current offers.
