Use your message to name Berklee College of Music, the actual campus or class address, your monthly budget, bedrooms and move-in date. If you are sharing, include how many people will live in the home.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties, not a university housing office. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm university or landlord approval.
Choose the campus. Compare the home.
The original guide also suggested Symphony and the South End. Compare the full route from each home to your class and rehearsal buildings; these areas do not all offer the same walk. Check the trip at the hours you expect to travel, not just during a daytime visit.
The original page named Church Park and 360 Newbury Lofts. Use the guides as building comparisons, not a vacancy list. Church Park is an apartment community; a 360 Newbury home may be an individually owned condo offered for rent or sale. Ask which home and terms are actually offered.

The apartment and your routine
If you will practice an instrument at home, ask about the written noise and building rules before choosing an apartment. Check room dimensions, instrument storage and the route from the entrance to your home. Being near a music school does not establish permission to rehearse in a rental.
Ask for rent, lease start and end dates, utilities, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Check the actual bedrooms, shared space and written lease requirements rather than relying on an old advertised price.
Talk with our buying team about your purchase budget, timing and intended use. Ask about condominium rules, costs and any future rental restrictions. Buying does not guarantee investment returns or a tenant after graduation.
Tell our rental team your campus address, dates, budget and must-haves. Name any nearby areas you would also consider so the search follows your needs.
