In your message, include your pet details, rent budget, bedrooms, bathrooms and move-in date. Send the apartment address or building name if you already have one in mind.
This is an inquiry to Amo Realty - Boston City Properties. It does not apply for a home, reserve an apartment or confirm that a pet is accepted.
Buildings to compare
These examples help you compare buildings; they are not a list of available apartments or a promise that your pet will be approved. Send our rental team the home and move-in date you want to discuss.
At 135 Clarendon Street, One Back Bay is listed by Related Rentals as offering pet-friendly apartments. Ask our rental team about the current pet conditions. Compare the actual apartment’s bedroom count and room dimensions rather than assuming every home has the same layout.
At 100 Arlington Street, near the Back Bay–Bay Village edge, The Arlington’s operator lists pet-friendly apartments and a pet spa. A pet spa is a shared facility, not approval of a specific animal. Compare the actual home and written pet terms.
UDR’s Garrison Square pet policy includes cats and dogs, with restrictions and terms subject to change. Ask our rental team about the current rules and any charges for your pets. The building guide describes the community’s Garrison Street setting; UDR lists its contact address as 7 Harcourt Street.
Building details checked October 4, 2026: One Back Bay property information, The Arlington property information and Garrison Square pet-policy details. These sources describe building policies, not our available rental inventory.

The apartment and your routine
Use the apartment entrance to compare your trip to work or school and the errands you make regularly. Check stairs, elevator access and the route outdoors with your pet. A Back Bay address alone does not tell you what the apartment’s layout, noise or building rules will be.
Check the actual floor plan, stairs or elevator, laundry and route outdoors. A shared courtyard, terrace or pet area is different from a private outdoor space and may have its own use rules.
Ask for the apartment’s rent, lease dates, recurring charges and payments due before moving in. Clarify what is included and what is optional rather than relying on an old advertised price or an amenity list.
Tell our rental team your dates, budget and pet details. Include a property or street you like and which requirements cannot change.
