Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or town permit request.
For a storefront around Main Street or Park Street, walk the entrance and customer parking route. Compare that with a unit reached mainly by car or a larger site requiring construction. Decide how people would use your particular business rather than relying on general claims about highway traffic or seasonal visitors.
This is a commercial-property guide, not a live list of available units. Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria.
Compare before committing
Check the display windows, entrance, sales-floor layout, storage and delivery arrangements. Identify how customers with different access needs would reach the unit. Parking and visibility can be important, but the right arrangement depends on the business and the actual premises.
If housing or other businesses share the building, ask about separate entrances, utilities, loading, noise and operating hours. Check which areas are included in the lease or sale and who maintains common facilities. An upper-floor residence does not establish that every ground-floor business use is permitted.
Request the proposed term, deposit, rent increases, renewals, permitted use and exit conditions. Agree on parking spaces, sign locations, repairs and fit-out responsibilities in writing. Have your attorney review the agreement, including notice deadlines and any limits on assignment or subletting.
Compare the building’s condition, price, financing and operating costs with the proposed lease. For land or a converted building, establish access, utilities and use approvals before assuming it can serve your company. Ayer’s Planning Board links the zoning map and current site-plan and special-permit applications.
Send the address, usable floor area, lot size, current use, occupancy, parking and condition. Include known restrictions and tenant commitments. Tell our team whether you want a tenant or a buyer and discuss a marketing plan based on that property, not a promised sale time or holding-cost reduction.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the property with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your lender about financing and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A general location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
