Arlington · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Arlington commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Identify Arlington Center, Arlington Heights, Massachusetts Avenue, Broadway or another exact location. Check the complete staff and visitor trip to the premises; nearby transit or a busy avenue does not settle the unit’s entry or parking arrangements.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
An occupied mixed-use property may suit an investment search but not immediate business occupancy. For an office condominium, ask about the unit boundaries, common rooms, deeded and shared parking, association documents and operating charges.
Check the remaining term and permissions for a sublet, plus reception, private rooms, meeting space and utility arrangements. An old advertisement with a January 2020 end date is not a present offer.
Compare street entrances, display windows, signage, basement storage and restroom access. A previous café, restaurant or professional-services fit-out does not establish permission for your next business. Ask what work, approvals and costs your concept would require.
Our earlier Arlington guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
