Tell us which Allston condo you want to buy

Share your purchase budget, bedrooms, preferred streets and timing with Amo Realty. If you have a listing in mind, send the exact unit address or listing link so the conversation starts with that home.

Compare condos in converted houses with homes in larger buildings. Check the floor plan, entrance, shared walls, parking and ownership responsibilities rather than assuming every Allston condo offers the same features.

15 North Beacon Street

Our earlier guide described condos at 15 North Beacon Street and discussed balconies, garage parking, shared fitness space and a seasonal rooftop pool. Those descriptions are building background, not a current unit listing.

Ask which facilities and parking rights belong to the particular home, whether access carries separate charges and what the association documents say. A feature described for the building is not automatically included with every condo.

147 Kelton

The earlier account discussed 147 Kelton near Commonwealth Avenue, including storage, balconies, parking and shared recreation facilities. It also mentioned the route toward the Green Line.

Use the specific unit’s documents and floor plan to compare the space and included features. Confirm the entrance and trip from that address; an old amenity description or commute estimate does not establish current conditions.

85 Brainerd and Redstone Court

The earlier guide called the condos at 85 Brainerd Redstone Court and described a courtyard, pool, gym, storage and parking. These references help identify the property being discussed.

For a purchase, ask for the unit’s current sale status, included parking or storage rights, association charges and planned work. The old account’s demand and investment claims are not a forecast of income or resale value.

Compare the full cost of owning the condo

Review the asking price alongside association charges, taxes, insurance, utilities and maintenance responsibilities. Ask about shared building work and any special assessments for the particular property.

If you plan to rent out a condo you buy, review the community rules and property documents with your advisers. Nearby universities and neighborhood activity do not establish permitted rental use, occupancy or a return on your purchase.

Allston Village, transit and places you use

The original guide discussed Allston Village, Harvard Avenue, Brighton Avenue and the Charles River surroundings. Use the places you actually visit to compare a home’s location rather than a broad claim that everything is close.

Check the current route from the building to work, study, shops or transit. Restaurant lists, bus numbers, school rankings and event schedules in older coverage should not be treated as current information or a promise about a particular home.

Looking for a rental rather than a purchase?

If you want an Allston apartment to live in, send our rental team your move-in date, monthly budget, bedrooms and parking or pet requirements. Include the unit or building name if you have one.

Ask Amo Realty about the specific apartment’s availability, lease dates and charges. A condo building can contain different sale and rental arrangements; a home offered for sale is not automatically available to rent.

Bring the unit address and your questions

Tell your agent whether you are buying a home, evaluating a rental-property purchase or looking for a lease. Ask what information can be obtained for the exact unit before arranging the next step.

This page does not display a live condo-sale inventory or reserve a property. The brokerage inquiry gives our team the details needed to discuss your search, current property information and viewing arrangements.
