Allston · commercial property · Lease, buy or market
Looking to lease or buy Allston commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Allston is a Boston neighborhood. Specify a Harvard Avenue, Cambridge Street, Brighton Avenue, Commonwealth Avenue or other exact search area, then compare the entrance, transit trip, parking and delivery access at the premises.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
A property with a business tenant may be an income investment rather than space your company can occupy immediately. Ask for the existing lease, occupancy and expenses. Do not assume rental income covers the purchase or that a tenant can be displaced for your use.
For office space, check shared facilities, private rooms and access hours. For retail, inspect frontage, signage and customer entry. For industrial use, identify the equipment, loading and storage required. Each use needs its own property review.
Our earlier guide described 2017 proposals on Cambridge Street and Braintree Street, and Harvard’s initial Enterprise Research Campus plans. Those reports are historical background, not a statement that a project is now completed, approved for your use or offering space. Ask about the current address and status separately.
Our earlier Allston guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
