Looking to lease or buy Acton commercial property, or offer a property for sale or lease? Tell our team the address or preferred area, business use, size, budget and timing.
Amo Realty - Boston City Properties
This inquiry goes to our commercial team. It is not a lease application, reservation, financing approval or municipal permit request.
Choose a village, road or specific address in Acton rather than relying on a town-wide average. If Great Road, Nagog Park or access toward Routes 2A and 111 matters, explain the staff, customer or delivery journey you need.
Ask our team about a specific address or your search criteria. Availability and terms need a current property-by-property check.
If your search is for land, a multifamily investment or an operating business, say so. Buying a business is not the same transaction as leasing or buying its premises.
Compare before committing
Compare reception, storage, meeting rooms, parking and access hours. Ask which heat, snow removal or trash services are included and which electricity, internet or phone costs are separate. Shared services still need written terms.
Check the entrance, elevator or stairs, display frontage and signage before comparing units. A retail location below an office does not give both tenants the same access, parking or utility arrangements.
Include a possible expansion date and the extra floor area your business may need. Review any expansion rights in a lease; for a purchase or land proposal, check the use, condition and approval requirements. A neighboring parcel is not automatically part of the deal.
Our earlier Acton guide discussed these premises. These are historical references, not a current list of properties for sale or lease:
Send our team the address and the business use you have in mind. The old asking price, tenant, floor plan or lease term needs a current check.
For a lease, compare the term, rent quotation and billing period, deposits, services, fit-out and additional charges. For a purchase, distinguish business occupancy from an income investment and review condition, title, existing leases, financing and continuing costs. An occupied building or extra unit does not guarantee income or immediate possession.
Before you sign or start work
Discuss the premises with our commercial team. Ask your attorney to review the agreement, your advisers about financing, costs and insurance and the municipality about the approvals for your business. A location guide does not settle those property-specific questions.
Send the address or search area, business use, size, budget and timing.
