Synergy Investments’ 2012 Boston Apartment Proposal
Chapters

A November 2012 article described Synergy Investments’ proposed $60 million Boston apartment complex on a vacant lot. Plans called for two five-story buildings with more than 275 apartments, including studios, lofts and one- and two-bedroom homes.

The proposal included a clubhouse, gym, garage parking and a courtyard. Advertised monthly rents were expected to range from $1,200 to $2,000. These were proposed 2012 features and prices, not a current rental offer. The brief did not give the parcel’s address.

Historical account attributed to the original Boston City Properties article. Underlying records and later outcomes have not been freshly verified.
