A November 2012 article described plans to replace an underused block on Stuart Street with a 33-story building. The proposal combined residential space, a hotel of approximately 220 rooms, restaurants, parking and an expansion of the University Club.
The planned hotel was described as a four-plus-star property, with conference and fitness facilities for guests and residents. The report also anticipated jobs, tax revenue and affordable-housing linkage payments. Those were projected benefits of a proposal, not documented results or a description of a currently offered building.
