A university portfolio offered in Cambridge
Boston City Properties reported Lesley University’s offering of ten Cambridge properties under the Cambridge Connection name. Cushman & Wakefield was identified as the marketing firm for the historical offering.
The account described more than 85,000 square feet across administrative, residential and other buildings. Properties could be considered individually, in smaller groups or as a whole portfolio; those were the reported offering arrangements, not today’s sale terms.
The ten addresses in the account
The addresses are useful for distinguishing the portfolio’s component properties. Their earlier uses and reported areas should be checked against the exact property records before relying on them.

University improvements behind the sale discussion
The article connected the offering with funding university capital improvements, including work associated with the former Episcopal Divinity School campus acquired in 2018. Reed Hall, St. John’s Chapel and the Brattle and Mason streets setting appeared in that context.
Those university plans were separate from any buyer’s proposed reuse of the ten offered properties. Ownership, occupancy, condition and allowable work must be established for the individual address.
Questions for a portfolio or individual-property inquiry
A comparison should distinguish buildings being purchased together from those considered individually, and examine uses, leases, maintenance and access. Earlier descriptions of an as-is offering or lease status are not present contract terms.
Send Amo Realty - Boston City Properties the Cambridge addresses, property type and intended purchase or use. Specific conversion ideas require review of the building, ownership documents and applicable approvals.
