Hull is a small town in the South Shore of Massachusetts. According to the 2010 census, 10,293 people reside there. The median income as of 2016 was 82,600. The town is located on a series of islands connected by sandbars and embankments. These islands comprise the Nantasket peninsula. The beach here is considered to be among the best in New England. Hull Gut, located at the tip of the peninsula, is the location of the windmill, the local high school, and the ferry. The main road in and out of the peninsula is Nantasket Avenue, which runs down the middle of the peninsula. The ocean beach lies to the west and the bay shore is to the east. Neighborhood streets run perpendicular towards the shorelines. Boston proper can be seen directly across the channel.

Hull

The Nantasket peninsula is a great place to live. The geography of the town makes it very unique. Hull is a narrow peninsula, with a width of maybe six blocks at its widest point. Formerly the home of a famous amusement park that closed in the 1980s, it remains a fascinating place to live. Ocean views from nearly any window, certainly from a second floor window, will be a wonderful part of your every day. Many if not most homes will be within walking distance to the beach or the bay.
