Real Estate News
The Meadow Woods development is currently in the planning process for this town. It would be placed jut on the border of Brockton. While it still needs to get all of the approvals, the project is expected to include 33 homes in a new subdivision. Right now, there are still some disagreements over which city will be responsible for all of the project's details.
The prospective development will ultimately be placed at the intersections of Ash Street and West Chestnut Street. The land for the project is currently owned by a city solicitor and the Petronelli family. Luckily, traffic-related concerns have already been ironed out. A study of West Chestnut Street found that 23,000 trips already occur along the road. The new development would only add 128 trips per day. Since this is only a 0.05 percent increase, it means that at least one of the roadblocks in the way of the development has been removed.
