A public elementary school, middle school, and high school reportedly stand within a one mile radius of this location.
Residents can use Highway 1, a major north-south transportation corridor through the Greater Boston Metropolitan Area, to reach a shopping center just a short drive away. The highway also furnishes ready access to a variety of medical services and employment opportunities. A public beach lies less than five miles from this spot. Online maps indicate Mallone Park supplies hike and bike trails and a green area close to this condo development, on the other side of Summit Avenue.
