Located just 12.5 miles away from downtown Boston, this thriving community is a modern nexus for investors and entrepreneurs. The Wakefield Station Condos were just completed in 2017. Placed on North Avenue, this mixed-use complex includes 60 different units. These units are offered in one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Located just across the street from the commuter rail station, the condos are only a few minutes away from Route 93 and Route 95. Plus, the shops and restaurants at the Lynnfield Market Street are just a short distance away. At the Lynnfield Market Street, a new building will be finished by the end of 2018. Known as Building 1350, this new building will include medical offices, retail shops and a pedestrian-friendly environment. In total, it will include 40,000 square feet of space.
Another new project in the area is the Brightview Senior Living facility. Located on Crescent Street, this project will include 130 units. A total of 61 units will be for independent living, and another 69 will be for assisted living.
