Office Space Market
Since this town is still undergoing a growth spurt, offices spaces are at a premium. The limitations on lot sizes and zoning rules mean that there are only a few office spaces available in the area. Luckily, this means that investors can grow their business while the competition tries to navigate the real estate marketplace. There are a few different office spaces that investors can use if they know where to look for them.
One example of office space can be found at 8 North Main Street. While the building was originally constructed in 1890, it has been updated over the years. The largest unit is a two-suite office with a separate entrance and a customer waiting room. All of the units enjoy a location that is in the heart of town. From the property, renters can easily reach the post office and other retail shops.
