Real Estate News

One of the most recent developments in the area is along Middlesex Road. Completed in 2018, the project includes 120 units that range from condominiums to townhomes. Placed near Route 3, these homes include amenities like granite counters, open floor plans, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

Meanwhile, the Tyng Village includes a total of 28 units. The complex includes duplex-style townhomes in three different floor plans. Each floor plan includes granite counters, hardwood floors and a two-car garage. In addition, the two-bedroom and three-bedroom units include a covered porch or a deck. Placed on Cricket Lane, this property is just off of Route 4. In the original proposal, the developers decided to designate 15 of the units as affordable. Like developments like Merrimack Landing, these units are designed for first-time home buyers.

To make room for these projects, the town had to update the sewer system. While the initial proposal for the $7.5 million sewer line expansion failed, it finally passed in 2016. New developments like these ones are some of the sites that use the new expansion. The Tyngsboro Crossing project also gave the town land for the sewer's pump station.
