The Troy Boston is currently under construction in the South End. There will be 378 residences in this building. 38 of the residences will be affordable housing. Community amenities include a fitness center, pool deck, and common space lounges. Troy Boston will consist of two residential towers. It will be built on a 1.27 acre site in Boston's booming South End. There will be 6,000 square feet of retail will be added. 180 above-ground parking spaces will be available upon completion. Within blocks are some of Boston's finest South End restaurants and cafes. Also close to public transportation with easy access to the MBTA's red line subway and silver line bus. This project is set to complete in early 2015.
