The Residencies at Traditions is Wayland's premiere 55+ community. There are one and two-bedroom layouts that were each crafted with the needs of senior living in mind. There are also studio and alcove options for those living on their own.

The studio layout features an ample living and sleeping area, and a kitchenette stocked with modern appliances. The alcove layout is essentially a studio, but the living and sleeping area are naturally separated by the "alcove" design of the space. Both of these options feature fair sized closets.

The one bedroom unit opens into the spacious main living area. Off of the back of the living room is the bedroom, which features a fair amount of space. There is an extra closet off of the living room that offers extra storage. The two-bedroom units open into a foyer that has a coat closet. There is a full kitchen with modern appliances, and the master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet.

Each apartment at the Residencies at Traditions is wired with a button to alert the staff of medical emergencies. There is a staff on call 24 hours a day, which is essential for a 55+ community. It gives residents the peace of mind necessary to enjoy independent living.

Communal amenities include things like scheduled group activities, medication assistance, meals served restaurant style each day, and a cafe with snacks and drinks.
