Stone Castle Estates is a gated condo community in Methuen that is designed for residents over the age of 55. The beautifully landscaped property is designed to be maintenance-free so that residents can enjoy their retirement instead of tending to lawn care, snow removal, and other home maintenance needs.
In the community, there are plenty of shopping opportunities, but if residents prefer to travel to Boston for more options, I-93 is located right near the community. Taking this route to the city will only take about 30 minutes, so a day trip is more than feasible. For residents who like to ski, there are a few slopes in the area worth checking out. Summer fun in the community included visiting the golf courses in the area as well as the parks. Tenney Castle and Greycourt State Park are both located in the area and provide plenty of hiking trails and scenic views for residents to enjoy.
When it comes to community amenities, this community has quite a bit to offer. There is a 7,000 square foot clubhouse that is designed for residents to enjoy. The bedrooms are all quite spacious with a lot of closet space, and the master bedrooms can even have a walk-in closet to provide more storage space. Each condo has a laundry room as well so that the tenants can wash and dry their clothes at their leisure.
