Spicket Commons is a condo community that was built in the year 2002, which means that many of the 164 homes that are located on the property have a modern look and up-to-date amenities that are appealing to a family looking for a place to live in Methuen. Though the community is located quite close to the New Hampshire state line it is actually only about 30 miles from Boston, which means that it is easy to commute to the city. In fact, I-93 is located right near the property, which makes the commute a direct one. Route 28 is also easy to reach from the community.
The area also has a lot of dining and shopping options in the area, so if residents are looking for something specific, it will be easy to locate in the area. The Stateline Shopping Center is in the area for residents that are looking for a larger variety of shopping options. This area is also great for walking and enjoying nature, especially when the Spicket River is right behind the property.
This property has condos that are available in both one- or two-bedroom spaces. The square footage of each unit is going to vary a bit, but in general, the one-bedrooms have about 900 square feet, while the two-bedroom units have 1,100 square feet. In fact, many of the units come with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a garbage disposal. There is also a washer and a dryer located inside of each unit to make doing laundry more convenient.
