Today the South Meadow Ridge condominiums stand in clusters on a knoll along a gently winding tree-lined lane off Old Marlboro Road in southeastern West Concord. Developers constructed these 21 luxury townhomes on land which, since the late 1800s, had formed part of a large privately operated dairy farm. The developers designed the homes here in a patio home style as an opulent condominium community. Individual units do offer a high level of privacy. The homes sit in small groups, with front entrance ways illuminated after dark by decorative outdoor lighting.

These patio home style townhouses sit near a golf course. Some units in the residential community offer views of the links during winter months. Residents of the development enjoy well-manicured large lawns with elegant landscaping, plus access to a pond and scenic walking trails.
Units here maintain variable floor plans. However, most offer multiple bedrooms and bathrooms within 2,453 square feet of living space. Prospective buyers seeking four bedroom, four bath homes can find some units here meeting this requirement.
