Today the South Meadow Ridge condominiums stand in clusters on a knoll along a gently winding tree-lined lane off Old Marlboro Road in southeastern West Concord. Developers constructed these 21 luxury townhomes on land which, since the late 1800s, had formed part of a large privately operated dairy farm.
