Officially a part of the greater Boston area in Norfolk County, this town of 17,612 is located only 17 miles away from downtown Boston, and therefore offers investors the rare opportunity to invest in land that will only become more valuable as time goes on. With 23.3 square miles of land within the city limits, the town has a variety of urban and natural amenities.
