With 10 square miles of land, this town of 17,489 in Plymouth County, Massachusetts has a relatively dense urban core with several natural land features, such as rock outcroppings and ponds. There are many investors interested in developing this area primarily because it is located only 22 miles away from Boston, and has a pleasing mix of cultural amenities and natural attractions that make it desirable for both visitors and residents.
