A 1,211-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath unit rents for $2,450 per month. The rent for the 1,224-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath units ranges from $2,375 to $2,400 per month.

Each high-end cable-ready apartment features central air conditioning, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer so there's no need to make that extra trip to a commercial laundromat. The concrete floors are meticulously polished. Come home on a cold winter day to the warmth of your own private in-house electric fireplace. Turn off the air conditioner and enjoy the cooling that the ceiling fan provides during the summer. All family-owned businesses, the multiple dining establishments on "restaurant row" each feature their own atmosphere and menu.

Open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner, the Chowder House features traditional New England fine dining served both upstairs and downstairs in a nautical-style décor. For lunch, the Chowder House New England clam and seafood chowders served by the cup or bowl are customer favorites. Pair one of those with a crab cake sandwich or fish tacos. For a complete lunch experience, try Chowder House's broiled or baked stuffed scallops or scrod, broiled salmon or the fried Fisherman's platter.

Begin your dinner at the Chowder House with such delicious appetizers as a crab cake, traditional shrimp cocktail, scallops and bacon or sautéed mussels. Favorite house classic dinner entrees include the seafood casserole and surf & turf with two jumbo shrimp and petit filet.

Also located on "restaurant row," the Cafe de Paris offers eat-in dining and a bar in a French bistro-style atmosphere. Open Mondays-Saturdays, the Cafe serves lunch 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by dinner until 10 p.m.

Begin your meal at the Cafe with a cup or bowl of their exclusive French onion soup or creamy clam chowder. For an entrée, try a bistro salad of baby greens with fresh apples, goat cheese, crisp bacon, grapes and candied walnuts topped with tarragon dressing and crisp onions.
