The tower is being constructed at 188 Brookline Avenue. When it's complete, it will stand 30 stories tall and will include 109 luxury condos and 240 luxury apartments. Whether you're interested in buying or renting, then, there's sure to be something for you in this building.

Amenities

Even though this tower won't open for another few years, a decent amount of information regarding its amenities is already available. Whether you're interested in a condo or an apartment, you will enjoy the following:

• Rooftop Swimming Pool - The 30th floor of the building will feature a rooftop swimming pool that is sure to be wildly popular during Boston's warm, sunny summers. It will also have a sundeck where residents can stretch out, relax and soak up some sun.

• 24/7 Concierge and Doorman - The main entrance to the building will be manned by a doorman. Residents will also enjoy around-the-clock concierge services, which can be used for everything from arranging dry cleaning to lining up transportation around the city.
• Yoga Studio - A yoga studio will be included on the 18th floor of the building.

That's about all we know so far regarding amenities at Pierce Boston Tower. However, the development will surely include a fitness center with cardio and strength-training equipment. It will most likely be pet friendly, so you should be able to bring your dog or cat along. Several common areas, including a lounge or club room of some kind, will likely be included too.

Condo and Apartment Features

Condos in this building will average around 575 square feet for one-bedroom models and around 2,300 for two-bedroom models. The typical two-bedroom apartment will offer an incredibly generous 1,550 square feet or so of space.

Unfortunately, the developer hasn't yet released details regarding the design and features of these units.
