The Marblehead Academy condominiums were built in 2002. Before they were built, the Marblehead Academy building as a historic landmark that served as one of three academies in the area. The notable pupils who attended Marblehead Academy includes Joseph Story, a U.S. Supreme Court justice. In 2002, however, the 7000 square foot building was renovated to become two separate spacious townhomes. These homes now serve as three story residences that include three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, spacious hallways, and a mudroom.
On the lower level of each townhome, the living room and kitchen can be found. The living room features hardwood flooring and beamed ceilings, as well as recessed lighting and tall windows.
