Fenway Studios

Excellent shopping, world-class entertainment, great amenities and wonderful neighbors make Boston's Fenway-Kenmore district an increasingly popular area, especially for students and young professionals. Fenway is located beside the Charles River between Brookline and the Back Bay. It offers residents a high quality of life at a price that's only slightly higher than the Boston average. However, condos and studio apartments are still far more affordable than comparable properties in neighboring areas.

Area Attractions

Fenway-Kenmore is one of the most famous and recognizable parts of Boston because it's home to the Red Sox and Fenway Park. The area takes its name from a historic green space known as The Fenway. The other half of the name pays tribute to Kenmore Square with its iconic Citgo sign. This vibrant area encompasses Boston University, Northeastern University, Emmanuel College, the Boston Conservatory of Music and the Berklee College of Music. With so many colleges, it's no surprise that 70 percent of Fenway residents are enrolled in academic programs. The remaining working-class professionals are employed by the medical, educational and social welfare sectors. In addition to the strong academic and sports presence, Fenway is home to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Symphony Hall and performance venues for the Berklee College of Music.
