East Bridgewater Apartments
The town of East Bridgewater is primarily a town of homes and apartments, so finding a place of your own will be easy. It was part of Bridgewater when that town was founded in 1723, but it split off a full century later. The town has a current population of 13,800 and is typical of eastern Massachusetts. In this case, typical means beautiful with older homes that date back to the late 1790s sitting side-by-side with newer properties that are being built as more people move in.
The town has a small school system for its students, and nearby Brockton has the main campus of Massasoit community college. Nature lovers will enjoy the many parks, fields and forests along the Satucket River, Beaver Brook and just about everywhere else. The town also has a public library with lots of books and a business district with shops and restaurants. If you're a golfer, the Ridder Country Club can be found on the northeast corner of town, and they are always welcoming new applicants.
There are plenty of rentals listed like a two-bedroom and 2.5 bath condo currently being advertised on Bedford Street. There are four levels of living space including an attic that can be used as a study. The main level has a large kitchen and a living room with beautiful picture windows, and the second level has both bedrooms and one of the full baths. There's also a finished basement with sliding windows that go out onto a patio that's big enough for entertaining.
Another great option is a condo on Robins Street with two beds, 2.5 baths and 1,400 square feet of room. This space has been recently remodeled and includes brand new wood floors, an updated kitchen, and a fenced yard for your privacy. No pets are allowed, but it's still a great town house for families.
