Danvers Commercial Investment Properties

This historic town has recently experienced significant growth in the food truck industry. The largest employer in the community is Osram Sylvania, which was established in 1993 when Osram GmbH purchased the Sylvania lighting division of GTE. Other major employers in the town include Beverly Hospital, North Shore Community College, Fishery Products International, Home Depot, Lowe's and Medtronic Vascular.
