Brookline Apartments

The town of Brookline sits in an enclave of Norfolk County completely surrounded by Suffolk County and primarily by the city of Boston. It was originally a hamlet within Boston when it was first settled, but it split off in 1705 and is believed to be named after a farm that stood along the Muddy River, which is still the town's southern boundary. Today, the town has over 58,700 people, and it's most famous residents in recent decades were John and Bobby Kennedy.

Despite its proximity to Boston, the town is well-known for its more peaceful feel and has been for nearly two centuries. On the town's south side, there are several large parks and country clubs, and The Country Club is perhaps the best-known. It was the first outdoor country club in the United States and has hosted both the U.S. Open and the Ryder Cup. In the northern part of the city, Coolidge Corner is one of the top retail districts, and the Coolidge Corner Theatre on Harvard Street still hosts a mix of new and classic movies more than eight decades after it first opened.

Brookline has many fine rental properties available, and one of the best and cheapest communities is the CHR Brookline Hampton Court Apartments on Beacon Street. Here, you'll find everything from small studio spaces to luxurious two-bedroom domiciles with 800 square feet of space. Every place has appliances ready, comes with HVAC and hot water ready to use, and has the perfect mix of carpeting and tile floors. CHR also owns several other complexes and rental communities in the town, and all of them are exquisitely suited for each individual's wants, needs and price range. Add to this one of the state's top school districts and numerous colleges nearby, and you have the ideal place to call home.
