Boxborough Apartments

The quaint little town of Boxborough was formally incorporated in 1783 from sections of neighboring communities like Stow and Littleton. Today, nearly 5,000 people call this place home. Most of the town's activity and businesses are on the west side along Interstate 495, but Route 111 is also a main thoroughfare in town. The town has 14 tracts of land that are preserved for their natural beauty or historical significance. The most famous of these is Fierra Meadows in the south, where the town's annual Fifer's Day celebration is held every June.

Students in this town go to Blanchard Memorial School from PK-6th grade before heading the the middle and high schools in nearby Acton. The Acton-Boxborough School District is considered to be one of the best in Massachusetts. People looking for excitement can find it in nearby towns like Acton with it's many shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. In Boxborough itself, nature lovers will enjoy walking in forested places like Half Moon Meadow.

Despite its smaller size, leased homes are plentiful. A good example of what you might find is at Harvard Ridge, which is located on Swanson Road. A second-floor space that's available has a kitchen loaded with appliances, a separate dining room and a large living room. You can get a one-year lease on the property, and for an additional fee, you can use a fitness center complete with an indoor pool. Pets are not allowed.

Other options include a two-bedroom condo on Spencer Road with 910 square feet of space. The space has recently been renovated with a new bathroom, new windows and a room that can double as a home office. It comes complete with kitchen appliances and even has an intercom to let you know when visitors arrive. Once again, no pets are allowed.
