Colonial Village Community in Methuen Sold for $23.3 Million

The 148-unit Colonial Village apartment complex in Methuen has been sold for $23.3 million. This amounts to approximately $157,000 per unit.

The community includes six three-story garden-style apartment buildings that were built in the 1970s plus a town house building and clubhouse that were built in 2006.

Averaging around 816 square feet, the apartment units include 77 one-bedroom and 67 two-bedroom options. There are four two-bedroom town homes.

Each apartment unit features a modern kitchen, air conditioning, range, refrigerator, microwave and a patio or balcony. Tenants also have access to laundry in each building and free parking.

The entire Colonial Village community can enjoy such amenities as a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, game room, picnic area, clubhouse and business center. Pets are welcome, too, at Colonial Village. Management and maintenance services are conveniently located on site.

Prides Crossing Condominiums

Located at 1 Riverview Boulevard along the Merrimack River, Prides Crossing is another Methuen residential housing complex. Built at the end of the 20th century, Prides Crossing is a combination of town house and garden-style units. Ranging from 1,224 to over 1,400 square feet, the cable-ready, two- and three-bedroom homes are available with either one or two baths.

The first floor of each home features wall-to-wall carpeting. The spacious open-floor-plan living room has patio doors that open to a private deck or balcony.
