Wrentham MA Townhomes
Buying
Lush, spacious, yet only minutes from two major cities: it could be plausibly claimed that this area has it all. What’s the ideal way for a buyer to find a townhome here? Although the average price in this region is $200 per square foot, our agency can help buyers find even better deals on units that are stunning. Our network of local professionals who specialize in real estate makes it easy for us to be notified of listings that have not yet made their way to the market. We offer these properties to our clients, who have first dibs on making offers. We hope buyers will join our extensive track record of successful, rapid sales.

Most of the townhouses here are located relatively close to downtown, making it easy for residents to walk to a number of local restaurants, businesses, and other civic institutions. Inside, they are displays of inventive materiality and design. The kitchens, for example, do not always have a straight-forward L-shaped configuration, but instead have elaborate tiled archways that frame the central food preparation space. These tiled archways are present where wooden cabinets would ordinarily be, although in many homes the cabinets are consolidated into one large wall that is sited opposite of the archway. This single wooden “wall” often has cabinets that open by being gently pressed down on. A spring-loaded mechanism slides the drawer open, and then clicks shut when the drawer is pushed back into place.
The fireplace may also be creatively designed. Instead of a space that is recessed flush into the wall, the fireplaces here may be contained within a metal series of pipes and situated in a brick hearth-like region. This pot-stove like appearance generates extensive warmth and is easy to keep clean. Often, this type of heating element will be installed in other rooms of the home, especially the bedrooms.
The central living space typically has a number of different materials throughout, from an exposed brick wall to timber beams to elaborate tiled entryways. Wall to wall carpets are occasionally installed here as well, creating a plush and welcoming environment. In many of these units, ceiling fans with their own lighting element are installed in each room to offer individual climate control options. The bathrooms tend to be spacious as well, with beautiful views of the surrounding environment as framed through luxuriously tiled windows and other spectacular fixtures. The stand-alone bathtubs are designed for those who enjoy unwinding after a long day in a hot, large bath with adjustable features that can provide jets and bursts of pressurized water, creating an informal massage.
