Westford MA Townhomes
Buying
With its preponderance of ponds, brooks, and preserved woodlands, this area is suited for a buyer who loves residing in luxury while being close to natural splendors. As regions in the state go, it is relatively affordable, with townhomes selling for a median price of $230 per square foot. Of course, buyers who contact us for sales representation will often be able to find an excellent unit that is slightly more affordable. We excel in finding properties that either have been freshly listed or are about to go onto the market, and we pass on these findings to our clients.

Because of the amount of natural wonders to be seen, many townhouses here are built to take advantage of the views. Large windows with spectacular vistas are typical not only in the living rooms, but along the walls in the bedrooms and dining areas. A long horizontal window with only a few mullions or, in some cases, no mullions at all, will be positioned to take advantage of the view, creating an unforgettable view and a welcome source of natural light. A spiral staircase may lead from the foyer up to the bedrooms, which are situated on either side of a hallway that is bathed in light from the skylights above. The bedrooms themselves look out over the beauty of the landscape. Often, a vaulted ceiling creates the opportunity for exposed timber beams and slanted windows that double as skylights. The master bedroom traditionally has a walk-in closet along one wall and direct access to a spacious, gleaming bathroom on the other. This bathroom will often have marble floors and a very innovative sink or set of sinks. The innovative sinks often play with the convention of a standard box shape for the countertop, instead creating a stand alone bowl sink made out of glass, and positioning the cabinets and drawers along the wall. The bowl sink usually has a pronounced lip which is well suited for the placement of various items such as toothpaste or a toothbrush, while the cabinets and drawers are lit with recessed lighting which causes them to glow throughout the night and into the day.
The exterior decks, meanwhile, offer uninterrupted vistas as well as ample space to store cookware, deck chairs, and chaise lounges. These decks typically have a staircase that descends to the lower yard, creating a great linkage for anyone who hopes to host a large party that takes place partially on the deck and partially out on the lawn. An attached garage doubles as a space for storage, with built-in benches and cabinets existing over a concrete floor.
Selling
Very few sales happen overnight, but then again, the timing is a matter of luck. With our service, sellers will experience a level of access to interested and qualified buyers they won’t encounter on an ordinary listings site. Instead of waiting for weeks for buyers to click and scroll onto their property, a seller who is working with us will spend that time perusing different offers and deciding what deal they like best.
We’ve built our reputation on connecting like-minded buyers and sellers, and have no plans to stop soon. Our system has been developed over years, and it takes into account the needs of the buyer, the desires of the seller, and the reality of the market. We make sure that we arrange targeted onsite viewings that don’t waste the time of the seller or the buyer. Every property has an owner who will cherish it; we make it our business to find that person in a timeframe that is not only rapid, but highly effective.
Geographic Location
Bordered by the cities of Littleton to the southwest, Chelmsford to the east, Groton to the west, Acton to the south, and Tyngsborough to the north, this modestly sized city in Middlesex County is fairly close to the Massachusetts/New Hampshire state line. It makes for a pleasant stop on a road trip, as it can be reached by Interstate 495, Route 225, Route 110, and Route 40. Numerous recreation areas and green spaces exist here for the pleasure of residents and visitors alike, including the Stony Brook Conservation Land, Grassy Pond, the Cider Mill Pond Conservation Area, Keyes Pond, and the charmingly named Long Sought-for Pond. This latter pond has a number of residential streets built around it, creating an ideal place for a beautiful home.
